Submit a current list of farmers market board officers * Includes name, address and phone numbers for each officer. (president, vice president, secretary, treasurer or equivalent)

Current list of farmers market members * Please identify members who are farmers growing and selling their own product and where the product is grown.

Current copy of the market bylaws *

I certify that the applying market bylaws require: *

that 75 percent of all agricultural products sold through the farmers market are grown in Texas

that at least two or more of its members are farmers selling their own produce

that all agricultural products sold at the market shall be of merchantable quality

Expected cost of certification. (From above, total your primary market fee + any additional location fees. If the market is a GO TEXAN Partner, divide that total by 50%) Please note, this total will be verified and accurate invoices will be emailed for online payment processing.
